      Located in Catonsville, Maryland, Crystal Cleaning proudly serves customers throughout the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area.​​

       

      The idea of Crystal Cleaning came from the founder’s desire to find a reliable cleaning service and her personal interest in using environmentally friendly cleaning products. Crystal Cleaning continually researches new cleaning products that are both safe and effective.

       

      Crystal Cleaning is built by its worker/owners who are experienced cleaning professionals. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our teams have been providing the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan areas with eco-friendly cleaning services since 2008.

       

      We make homes and offices clean and sanitary. We hope to provide the pleasure of walking into a freshly cleaned environment and to do it in a way that is safe to our customers, ourselves, and our environment.

      What cities do you serve?

      We serve the entire Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area.

      How much do you charge?

      The cost varies depending on what needs to be cleaned and the state of the home or office. First time cleanings are generally a little more expensive. All supplies are included in the price. Feel free to contact us for a free estimate! We are certain that our pricing will fit your needs.

      What if I have to cancel?

      We request cancellations or rescheduling notice 2 business days in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling one business day ahead may results in a charge. Same day cancellations are charged the full price of the scheduled cleaning.

      Will you send different people to my place?

      We will always try to send the same team to your place since they would be familiar with you and your needs. If there is a scheduling problem we will only send another team with prior notice.

      What about gratuities?

      Our team members are not expecting gratuities, but would be happy to receive them if you choose.

      Is Crystal Cleaning a franchise?

      The owners are the managers or cleaners in the business. All owners work in the business. We have a single office in Maryland.
